Located at Switchyard Park, a public park with fountain, rolling hills, playground equipment, trails, dog park and more. The food truck vendors range from full meals to desserts and snacks. Walk around and you can sample several choices: empanadas, burgers, bbq sandwiches, tacos, gyros and more.
